Main items included in our Rental Agreement:
- Adequate inside and outside event areas including the Bridal Suite and Grooms Room
- Tables and Chairs
- Signed rental agreement and thirty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit of the rental fee is due upon execution of agreement to reserve your date. Full payment (100%) of the rental fee is due (30 days) prior to the event and is non-refundable.
- Client agrees that it shall, at its sole cost and expense, procure and maintain a policy of commercial general liability insurance (including contractual liability) in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and deliver within 7 days prior to event.
- Rental fee includes the facilities agreed upon and the time periods allowed for selected days.
- Music is allowed until 12:00 midnight Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the facilities, or at ceremony area and is only allowed in the designated area.
- We do not allow food preparation on site. A licensed caterer of your choice is allowed. We have a list if you need assistance.
- If alcohol is being served, a licensed caterer will be required.
- No open flame is allowed.
- No RV’s or overnight camping is allowed. FREE 24 hour camping is available at local Fairgrounds.
- We highly recommend that shuttle service be utilized for events where alcohol will be served.
- Renters are responsible for set-up and breakdown of all items brought by themselves or by vendors.
- Drop-off and pick-up of guests is limited to marked areas only.
